Known for its deep industry expertise and commitment to delivering long-term value, the business plays a key role in shaping and maintaining high-performing retail and office environments across the continent This role reports to the Head of Finance and some of the responsibilities are: Financial Management & Reporting Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual financial reports for the property. Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecasts. Ensure all income, including rentals and recoveries, is accurately recorded and allocated Manage rolling forecasts based on occupancy trends, expense shifts, and strategic inputs. Budgeting & Forecasting Compile annual budgets in collaboration with property and asset managers. Rent Roll & Lease Administration Reconcile and review rent rolls to ensure billing accuracy. Oversee lease compliance from a financial standpoint (e.g. escalations, recoveries, tenant deposits) Expense Control & Recoveries Monitor and control operating expenses Calculate and reconcile tenant recoveries, utilities, municipal charges, and common area maintenance Ensure all recoverable costs are billed correctly and timely Job Experience and Skills Required: B.Com degree in accounting 9 years in the property industry SAICA/SAIPA MDA Apply Now!
