Luxury retail experience is essential 35 years experience in retail process improvement and project management. Experience handling IR matters, workforce scheduling, health and safety, and compliance audits. Fully bilingual (Afrikaans/English); a third language is advantageous. Technical and Professional Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Excel for product schedules and data analysis. Proven skills in problem-solving, people management, and industrial relations. Ability to analyse sales data, implement improvements, and manage inventory efficiently. Deep understanding of retail Health & Safety requirements. Expertise in effective workforce planning to optimise labour costs.
