Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 / Standard 10. National Diploma in Retail Management or Business Management. Luxury retail experience is essential 35 years experience in retail process improvement and project management. Experience handling IR matters, workforce scheduling, health and safety, and compliance audits. Fully bilingual (Afrikaans/English); a third language is advantageous. Technical and Professional Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Excel for product schedules and data analysis. Proven skills in problem-solving, people management, and industrial relations. Ability to analyse sales data, implement improvements, and manage inventory efficiently. Deep understanding of retail Health & Safety requirements. Expertise in effective workforce planning to optimise labour costs.
