We are recruiting a Part Time Client Advisor for one of the most prominent stores in Diesel's European network – Orio al Serio . Courageous with ideas, innovative, eager to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Prioritize the client experience, understanding their desires, needs, and expectations. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Master storytelling and asking engaging questions. Build long-term authentic relationships, making clients feel valued. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary. Demonstrate leadership on the sales floor, driving individual and team sales results. Engage in cross-selling and maximize sales opportunities to meet targets and KPIs. Maintain and demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge. Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, complying with operational guidelines. Contribute to security measures, including product tagging to prevent theft. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors, thinking creatively about improvements. Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating tailored experiences. Key Requirements Previous sales experience; experience in luxury fashion or retail is a plus; passion for retail, client service, and a commercial mindset. Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to evolve within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus. Digitally aware and open to new working methods. Strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Execution.
