Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition and design, alignment, prioritization based on product vision, and monitoring development. You oversee software implementation to ensure understanding and compliance with Trace One methodologies, and ensure goals, scope, and product domain are clear to all team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshops with customers to capture and document requirements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions within project constraints. Design solutions in conjunction with the Enterprise Solution Architect through Business Blueprints. Refine and document detailed user requirements for development and QA teams. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies. Support QA testing, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments. Develop PLM solution expertise and support business case development for innovations. Assist Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed. Coordinate with third-party entities like system integrators and consultants. Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to demonstrate software and communicate effectively at business and technical levels. Leadership skills to facilitate requirement gathering sessions. Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies. Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external client engagement. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel for requirement gathering and project needs. Experience in PLM software implementation, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Educational and Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and related diagrams, preferably in Food & Beverage. Knowledge of SDLC and experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML). Additional Information: Travel within the country and internationally may be required.
