The FP&A specialist is responsible for supporting the budget and forecasting processes of Onitsuka Tiger EMEA business. This includes drawing up financial reports and providing business/variance analysis to support periodic business performance review (such as store sales performance) and operational decision-making. Role & responsibilities: Optimize the use of financial and business information, develop and prepare local management reports to support business decision-making. Perform financial report analysis before the monthly closing process finalized by the local accounting team. Analyze monthly/quarterly P&L, profit contribution, and other reports; discuss deviations from the budget with relevant managers; monitor and discuss action plans to address negative deviations. Coordinate local planning activities and manage the internal planning calendar (budget, forecast, mid-term financial plan). Support local and OHQ business teams during planning with tools, review, and question planning results. Communicate frequently with business functions to drive strategy and achieve targets. Conduct periodic forecasting and gap analysis to meet financial goals. Maintain active communication with the OHQ finance team for finance-related tasks. Assist local/OHQ teams with daily and ad hoc finance requests. Address special issues such as impairments, leases, M&A, and provisions. Ensure correct execution of J-Sox internal controls. Process invoices and payments, analyze financial data to manage budgets, and suggest cost-saving measures. Support additional tasks as needed. REQUIREMENTS At least 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or planning. Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred. Experience with SAP system preferred. Strong analytical and process-oriented skills. Knowledge of finance, accounting, taxes, and treasury. Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven problem-solving and time management skills with the ability to prioritize. Self-confidence to drive results. Teamwork and open-mindedness. Proficiency in MS Excel.
