About the Role For our client, a leader in the production and marketing of electric motors, we are currently seeking a: Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for: Managing customer interactions during proposal, offer preparation, order processing, and drafting technical-commercial quotes; Building and maintaining trustful relationships with clients; Providing support and advice regarding the offered products with a focus on problem-solving and identifying suitable solutions; Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. Your Profile Candidates should meet the following requirements: At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles; Excellent knowledge of the Office suite; Fluent in Italian and English; Strong customer orientation; Good negotiation and communication skills; Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn; Teamwork attitude. Additional requirements include flexibility to work at different locations (Senago and Lissone).
