The FP&A specialist is responsible for supporting the budget and forecasting processes of Onitsuka Tiger EMEA business. This includes drawing up financial reports and providing business/variance analysis aimed at supporting periodic business performance reviews (such as store sales performance) and operational decision-making. Role & Responsibilities: Optimize the use of financial and business information, develop and prepare local management reports to support business decision-making Perform financial report analysis before the monthly closing process finalized by the local accounting team Analyze monthly/quarterly P&L, profit contribution, and all types of reports; discuss deviations from the budget with relevant managers; monitor and discuss action plans to address negative deviations Act as the local planning coordinator and manage the internal planning calendar (budget, forecast, mid-term financial plan) Support local/OHQ business teams during planning with tools, review, and question planning results Communicate frequently with business functions to drive strategy and achieve targets Conduct periodic forecasting and gap analysis to meet the bottom line Coordinate with OHQ finance team on finance-related work Assist local/OHQ teams with daily and ad hoc finance requests Address special issues such as impairment, leases, M&A, and provisions Ensure J-Sox internal controls are correctly implemented Process invoices and payments, analyze financial data to manage budgets, and suggest cost reductions Support other tasks as necessary Requirements: 4 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or planning Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred Experience with SAP system preferred Analytical and process-oriented mindset Knowledge of finance, accounting, taxes, and treasury Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills Proven problem-solving and time management skills; ability to prioritize Self-confident with a results-driven approach Team player and open-minded Proficient in MS Excel Proficient in English (verbal and written) We Offer: Your wellbeing is our priority.
