Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for the lifecycle of innovative business and functional requirements, including collection, definition, design, alignment, prioritization, and monitoring through project-specific methodologies. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors are compliant with Trace One methodology. You ensure clarity of goals, scope, and product domain among project team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, or other detailed deliverables. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Design solutions in conjunction with the Enterprise Solution Architect via Business Blueprint documents. Refine and document detailed user requirements to provide clarity for Development and QA teams. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies. Support QA testing efforts, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise. Assist in defining business cases for innovation proposals. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs when needed. Collaborate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consulting firms. Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to demonstrate software and communicate effectively at business and functional levels. Leadership skills to facilitate requirement-gathering sessions. Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies. Ability to work well with internal and external clients, including participation in user workshops. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel for requirements gathering. Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Educational and Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and creating use-case or sequence diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML). Expected travel within the country and occasionally internationally.
