Credit Specialist

Job Opportunity: Credit Collector Italia Grafton Office, a specialized team within Gi Group Spa, is seeking a Credit Collector for a leading global fashion and luxury goods group. This role is based in Milano zona Navigli/Porta Genova . Responsibilities include: Managing daily customer statements for assigned areas Recovering credits via phone and email reminders Monitoring credit levels and managing repayment plans Recording payments Coordinating with credit insurance providers Managing customer payment conditions Assisting in dispute resolution and credit depreciation preparations Handling issues related to overdue payments, claims, and returns Supporting Customer Service with order blocks and releases Required Skills and Characteristics: Diploma or degree in Economics or related fields Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in structured companies Good command of English, both written and spoken (preferred) Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Excel (preferred) Attention to detail, deadline management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Offer Details: Permanent contract with company, salary based on experience CCNL Commercio with Ticket Restaurant (€8.00) Possibility of 1 day of smart working per week Additional Information: Grafton Office is a specialization of Gi Group Spa authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies.
