YOUR MISSION: For our PUMA store at the Palmanova-Aiello del Friuli Outlet (UD), we are looking for talented individuals eager to challenge themselves in a dynamic and sporty environment, focusing on the following objectives: Make PUMA the fastest sports brand in the world through strategic management and promoting a sales culture Hire, manage, and train a team focused on achieving results, ensuring training programs are implemented Ensure the store meets sales and KPI targets through medium to long-term strategies, expense control, sales, and customer service Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with PUMA's values Analyze customer profiles and sales trends; communicate and provide feedback to the Area Manager Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing merchandise Meet or exceed inventory and stock goals; manage physical inventory counts following Loss Prevention rules Ensure all VM rules are followed and meet or exceed PUMA standards Communicate, manage, and execute marketing initiatives and events within the company budget YOUR TALENT: Applicants registered under mandatory employment lists (L-68/99) are welcome 2-4 years of managerial experience in a retail environment focused on customer service (preferably apparel and footwear) with measurable objectives Passion for the PUMA brand Interest in the commercial and financial world Friendly, reliable personality oriented towards the customer Goal-oriented abilities Ability to present information to large groups Outgoing personality with strong communication and personal motivation skills Organizational and time management skills Proficiency in main PC programs: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet Continuous learning orientation Excellent knowledge of English PUMA supports over 19,000 employees across 120 countries.
