BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Consumer Value Project Coordinator manages clientelling and consumer engagement projects worldwide, aligning with Zegna’s business strategy. This role requires business acumen, project management skills, and a focus on innovation and customer-centricity. What makes up your day In this role, you will: Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of clientelling projects. Drive process optimization for clientelling initiatives. Coordinate between HQ and regional teams for local execution. Work with retail teams to optimize clientelling methodologies. Define and monitor KPIs related to clientelling and consumer engagement. Collaborate with Data & Insights teams to analyze customer behavior. Partner with digital transformation teams for integration of clientelling into store and online experiences. Propose innovative consumer engagement approaches using digital tools and AI. Support pilots and test initiatives for new clientelling technologies. Work with training teams to equip staff with necessary tools and knowledge. What makes you, makes our team We seek someone with: 2 years of project management experience, preferably in consulting or luxury retail. Strong project management and consumer-focused initiative experience. Data-driven mindset with strategic insight translation skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Understanding of CVM, clientelling applications, and digital engagement tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience managing cross-functional projects with HQ and regional teams. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
