Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of innovative business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, alignment, prioritization based on product vision, and monitoring development through applicable methodologies. You will oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors are compliant with Trace One methodology. You will also ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are clear to all project team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, and other detailed deliverables. Collaborate with Project Management, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Design solutions in partnership with the Enterprise Solution Architect via the Business Blueprint document. Refine and document detailed user requirements to provide clarity for Development and QA teams. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed. Validate products during development phases following defined methodologies. Support QA testing, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training efforts for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs as needed. Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consultants. Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to demonstrate software and communicate at business and technical levels. Leadership in requirement gathering and facilitation. Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies. Strong collaboration skills with internal and external clients. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel for requirements gathering. Experience in PLM software implementation, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Education & Experience: 5 years of experience in functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and related diagrams, preferably in Food & Beverage. Knowledge of the full SDLC. Experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML). Travel within the country and internationally may be required. What can you expect from us?
