The Casino VIP Services Consultant is responsible for developing and cultivating strategic relationships with VIP Casino clients, partners, and Junket Representatives through multi-platform marketing initiatives that enhance MSC Cruises' revenue and brand awareness. The role involves promoting MSC products, delivering excellent customer service, and managing casino guests' requests comprehensively, including booking, post-booking support, information, complaints, and communication. Key Accountabilities Assist casino guests in redeeming rewards (discounts, complimentary cruises), using sales skills to promote MSC Cruises products effectively. Serve as the main point of contact for casino clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Engage effectively with a multicultural and demanding clientele. Identify and acknowledge casino players through various programs and marketing campaigns. Maximize sales opportunities by increasing bookings and promoting casino group sailings and events. Achieve annual sales quotas and relevant departmental KPIs. Qualifications At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience. Knowledge of casino operations is not required. Professional proficiency in Chinese, fluent in Italian, English, and French. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. University degree in Linguistics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications. Strong sales and persuasion skills with a customer-focused attitude. Resilient, capable of working under pressure, with attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills. Positive, empathetic, active listener. Willing to travel for business during key casino events as a MSC representative.
