For more information, visit www.traceone.com Follow us on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/trace-one/ And YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@TraceOne Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for managing the lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, defining and designing requirements, aligning and prioritizing them based on the product vision, and monitoring development using appropriate methodologies. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors are compliant with Trace One methodology. You ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are well understood by all project team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Design solutions in conjunction with the Enterprise Solution Architect via Business Blueprint documents. Refine and document detailed user requirements, providing clarity for Development and QA teams. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed. Validate products during development phases following defined methodologies. Support QA testing processes, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training efforts for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams on RFIs and RFPs when required. Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consultants. Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to demonstrate software and communicate effectively at business and technical levels. Self-starter with leadership skills for requirement gathering sessions. Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies. Strong collaboration skills with internal and external clients, including conducting user workshops. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for requirements gathering. Experience in PLM software implementation, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with software design and modeling tools such as UML. Expected travel within the country and internationally.
