Context As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for managing the lifecycle of innovative business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, defining and designing requirements, aligning and prioritizing them based on the product vision, and monitoring development through the applicable methodology. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring practices, rules, and values are understood and behaviors are compliant with Trace One's methodology. You ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are well understood by all project team members. Key Responsibilities Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Design solutions in collaboration with the Enterprise Solution Architect through Business Blueprint documents. Refine and document detailed user requirements to provide clarity for Development and QA teams. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed. Validate products during development phases following project-specific methodologies. Support QA testing processes, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training efforts for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals. Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with RFIs and RFPs when required. Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consulting firms. Ability to conduct software demonstrations and communicate effectively at business and functional levels. Leadership skills and proactive requirement-gathering capabilities. Quick learner of new products, systems, and technologies. Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal and external clients. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel for requirement gathering and project needs. Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Educational and Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in preparing functional requirements, use case development, business process modeling, and creating use-case or sequence diagrams, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with software design and modeling tools such as UML. Expected to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
