Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for the lifecycle of innovative business and functional requirements, including collection, definition, design, alignment, prioritization, and monitoring of development following project-specific methodologies. You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring understanding and compliance with Trace One practices, and ensure that goals, scope, and product domains are clear to all team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes. Collaborate with PM, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions within project constraints. Design the solution with the Enterprise Solution Architect via the Business Blueprint document. Refine and document detailed user requirements for clarity in development and QA. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse. Validate products during development phases according to defined methodologies. Support QA testing, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals. Support Sales and Pre-Sales on RFIs and RFPs as needed. Collaborate with third-party entities like system integrators and consultants. Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to demonstrate software functionalities and communicate at business and technical levels. Leadership skills for requirement gathering and facilitation. Quick learner of new products and technologies. Strong client interaction skills, proactive participation in workshops. Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel for requirements gathering. Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Education & Experience: Over 5 years of experience in preparing functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and diagrams, preferably in Food & Beverage. Knowledge of SDLC and experience with software design and modeling tools (e.g., UML). Expected to travel domestically and internationally. What can you expect from us?
