The FP&A specialist is responsible for supporting the budget and forecasting processes of the Onitsuka Tiger EMEA business. They draw up financial reports and provide business/variance analysis to support periodic business performance reviews (such as store sales performance) and operational decision-making. Role & responsibilities: Optimize the use of financial and business information, develop and prepare local management reports to support business decision-making. Perform financial report analysis before the monthly closing process is finalized by the local accounting team. Analyze monthly/quarterly P&L, profit contribution, and various reports; discuss deviations from the budget with relevant managers; monitor and discuss action plans to address negative deviations. Coordinate local planning activities, including managing the internal planning calendar (budget, forecast, mid-term financial plan). Support local and OHQ business teams during planning processes, reviewing and questioning planning results. Communicate frequently with business functions to drive strategy forward and achieve planned targets. Conduct periodic forecasting and gap analysis to meet bottom-line targets. Coordinate with the OHQ finance team on finance-related tasks. Assist local and OHQ teams with daily and ad hoc financial requests. Address special issues such as impairment, leases, M&A, and provisions. Ensure correct and accurate execution of J-Sox internal controls. Process invoices and payments, analyze financial data to manage budgets, and suggest cost reduction measures. Support other tasks as necessary and requested. Requirements: 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Planning. Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred. Experience with SAP system preferred. Analytical, process-oriented, with knowledge of finance, accounting, taxes, and treasury. Good collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize. Self-confident and results-driven. Teamwork and open-mindedness. Proficiency in MS Excel.
