For more information, visit www.traceone.com Or follow us on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/trace-one/ and YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@TraceOne Context: As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, alignment, prioritization, and monitoring of development according to project methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes. Collaborate with Project Management, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions that meet project constraints. Work with the Enterprise Solution Architect to design solutions via Business Blueprint documents. Refine and document detailed user requirements for clarity in development and QA. Enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse within project teams, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed. Validate products during development phases following project methodologies. Support QA testing, including developing user acceptance criteria. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing teams. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise. Contribute to business case development for innovation proposals. Support Sales and Pre-Sales with RFIs and RFPs when required. Coordinate with third-party entities such as system integrators and consultants. Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. Ability to demonstrate software and communicate at business and functional levels. Leadership in requirement gathering sessions and proactive learner. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Willingness to travel for requirement gathering. Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and related tools, preferably in Food & Beverage. Knowledge of SDLC and software design/modeling tools like UML. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. What can you expect from us? Encouragement to suggest ideas and solutions.
