Job Description

As a member of the Customer Care/Service department, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You represent the professional image of the company and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your mission is to provide friendly, efficient, and proactive support in every interaction. Our client is active in the medical sector and more specifically in the distribution of products. Tasks : Handle all incoming calls to the Customer Care line (e.g. delivery follow-ups, after-sales service, product returns, etc.); Manage product returns from A to Z: organizing pick-up, receiving returned goods, inspecting items, issuing credit notes, and arranging shipments back to the warehouse; Coordinate materials used during workshops and congresses; Ensure smooth follow-up and end-to-end management of customer files-both existing and potential clients; Handle after-sales service for products requiring repair: organize shipments to repair centers, track the repair process, and ensure timely return to the customer. We are looking for a Customer Care Representative that : A valid Category B driving license is required; Strong communication skills in Dutch and French ( bilingualism is essential) Well-organized and capable of managing your time and daily priorities independently; You are proactive, a team player, and always ready to support your colleagues; You have a good command of Microsoft Word and Excel ; Bonus: familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc.).
