Roofing Project Manager

As a successful Roofing Project Manager you will: Have a track record of managing projects successfully with an entrepreneurial approach to making it happen Move quickly from project to project, keeping a good grasp of the details without losing perspective of the 'big picture' Enjoy handling multiple projects in various stages of completion, easily moving from project to project - handling submittals, meetings/minutes, scope, billings and costs control, quality, safety and close-out Have a high sense of urgency to address and resolve challenges that arise over the course of a project Build strong customer and subcontractor relationships Have experience in construction industry, with some knowledge of estimating, scheduling and field operations Manage projects to beat the schedule and enhance the return for the customer and the company Are looking for the next step in your career - the step that provides you an opportunity to build on your skills and advance to your potential You are passionate about exceeding customer expectations and delivering projects on time and under budget.
