Job Title: Computer Technician/Coordinator Location: 100% on site Winchester, VA Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract Description A General Coordinator Operator ensures smooth operations across the IT department. They handle coordination tasks between different teams, manage schedules, and track project progress. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with project management tools Requirements: Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control – Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment. Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management.
