Commercial HVAC Service Technician

In this role, you’ll perform installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services on a wide range of commercial HVAC/R systems. You’ll be a critical part of a team that values technical excellence, clear communication, and customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC/R systems and equipment, including: o VRF systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers (steam and hydronic), unitary systems, RTUs, VFDs, and related components · Respond to service calls and work orders promptly and professionally in accordance with company standards and code of conduct · Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to identify issues and guide repair solutions · Maintain accurate documentation using CRM systems to track service details and equipment history · Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, client-specific protocols, and applicable codes and regulations · Communicate clearly and effectively with clients regarding diagnoses, repairs, and service outcomes · Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment inventory responsibly · Support other team members and collaborate across departments when needed Required Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school training preferred · 2–5 years of experience as a commercial HVAC/R technician or field service technician · Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude · OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 or higher preferred · EPA Certification and relevant trade licenses preferred · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record · Ability to manage multiple service calls independently · Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and digital tools (e.g., tablets, service software, combustion analyzers, gauges) If you’re passionate about commercial HVAC and ready to make a difference with a company that’s setting new standards in the industry, we want to hear from you.
