Syspro Software Specialist

This role is ideal for a seasoned Syspro Software Specialist who can take full ownership of the system and drive improvements with confidence. This is not an entry-level position—it's for someone ready to lead Syspro-related initiatives from day one without the need for close supervision. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and execute Syspro system changes, upgrades, and configurations. · Manage end-to-end Syspro implementations, from planning through post-go-live support. · Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into practical Syspro solutions. · Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Syspro-related issues proactively to maintain smooth operations. · Coordinate rollout of system updates and enhancements with key stakeholders. · Ensure the system’s integrity, performance, and alignment with organizational standards. What We’re Looking For: · Deep, hands-on experience with Syspro (non-negotiable). · Demonstrated ability to independently manage Syspro implementations and system modifications. · Strong ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal direction. · Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · SQL skills are a plus, but not required. Bonus Points For: · Background in manufacturing, distribution, or similar sectors. · Familiarity with Syspro modules across finance, inventory, production, or supply chain.
