Acts as a liaison to physicians and other hospital personnel in matters concerning area operations. Supervises department personnel. Assesses personnel strengths, capabilities and limitations. Analyzes scope of responsibilities and skills. Ensures accuracy of personnel performance and completion of assigned tasks. Identifies employee growth and development opportunities. Provides immediate corrective action and feedback, as needed. Provides patient evaluation, treatment and care. Completes patient evaluations, implementing advanced clinical tests as needed. Incorporates treatments and approaches based on prescribed treatment plans. Documents and assesses patient status and management. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
