Get the luxury & support needed working with a smaller team, while working on large-scale quality projects, and access to excellent career development capabilities. *Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application* Job Description The Assistant Super is responsible for: HIRING ASAP: Multifamily project on Revere Beach valued at $100M On-site daily at project location Developing and maintaining relationships with all parties involved in project Identifying and recommending solutions for project risks Supervising hired trades, punch carpenters, and laborers Preparing punch lists and ensuring timely completion before inspections Inspecting subcontractor work for quality and contract compliance Assisting in creating and updating project schedules & ensuring tasks are completed on time Participating in and documenting weekly safety and subcontractor meetings Monitoring material ordering, delivery, and storage to align with project timelines Ensuring compliance with safety policies and maintaining a safe work environment Reviewing plans for errors and verifying dimensions and layouts for compliance Maintaining organized documentation and ensuring responses to third-party inspections and punch lists Collaborating with third-party consultants and inspectors as needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
