The firm is expanding into Long Island and seeking multiple Defense Litigation Attorneys. Open positions range from experienced mid-level associates (minimum 3rd year) to senior trial attorneys and partner-level attorneys with a proven track record of success. Candidates should have a strong background in Civil Defense Litigation including medical malpractice, general liability, premises liability, product liability, MVS, etc. Why join us? Job Details Job Details: We are seeking Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys to join our offices in Manhattan & Long Island. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice defense, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation. Qualifications: Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar. . . New Jersey would be a plus Experience: Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for medical malpractice defense. Bonus Experience: general liability matters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
