Senior Marketing Manager

Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager Location: Essex (Hybrid) Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 A well-established retailer is seeking a commercially astute Senior Marketing Manager to lead their multi-channel marketing function. This is a strategic yet hands-on position ideal for a results-oriented marketer with experience managing digital campaigns, brand development, and high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver the full marketing strategy across digital and offline channels Oversee paid performance marketing (Google Ads, Paid Social), SEO, CRO, and CRM Lead brand and content creation, including design direction, photography, and social media Drive growth through campaign optimisation, analytics, and customer engagement Plan and execute seasonal launches, exhibitions, and partnerships Manage and mentor a small in-house team Take ownership of budget planning and performance tracking (budget responsibility up to 7 figures) Report on KPIs and provide insight to the leadership teamRequirements: Track record in digital marketing, campaign execution, and brand building Experience leading small teams and working cross-functionally Strong commercial acumen with a data-led approach Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Canva, and Adobe SuiteIn Technology Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
