Operations Director My client is an education sector catering specialist who operate throughout the UK, providing freshly prepared food to primary & secondary schools and colleges. The role will be based mainly in and around Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas managing 3 Operations Managers. My client is looking for someone who shares their passion about ensuring that the students are provided with nutritious and delicious food, while also inspiring them to lead a healthier lifestyle. Providing direct management and support to the Operations team Managing budgets and costs effectively to achieve all targets Ensuring food quality and standards of service are met Completing audits, action plans and reviews Building strong and productive relationships with your clients Ensuring all HSE and Food Safety requirements are met My client is looking for; Experience as an Operations Manager within Education or B&I Be innovative and creative and strive for excellence. A great track record of fabulous client relationships Be naturally outgoing and vibrant displaying a passion for all things food and customer service Excellent health and safety knowledge Salary - £55,000 - £57,000, Company Car, 12% Bonus Scheme AMRT1_UKCT
