Whats the role? Assistant General Manager - Uncommon Fulham What is Uncommon? Oversee overall member experience/ensure all aspects of customer service and experience are taken care of in line with business expectations. Closely liaise with member companies and individuals to understand their business needs. Support the sales team in tours and renewal conversations. Identify team learning needs and seek out training opportunities. Work closely with General Manager to assess and develop operational goals based of weekly, daily and quarterly business performance reviews. Understand the Uncommon mission to become a sustainable business and what this means in the context of managing a building. What can Uncommon give you?
