Event Operations Waiter

Who are we? Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. We are looking for a Waiter to join our Event Operations team at Estelle Manor. The on target earning potential for this role is £32,716.96 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,476.96, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a project salary and OTE. Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: As the Events Waiter you will report to the Head of Events Operations and be responsible for key operational tasks for both member and corporate events. Setting up and breaking down all events involving F&B as well as helping to run the events. You will be working on everything from looking after Manor Boardroom bookings to our full Manor End of Summer Party. You must be able to follow instruction, have an eye for detail and high service standards. The role is varied, changeable, challenging but very exciting and rewarding for the right personality and a fantastic opportunity to enrich any hospitality CV. Who we are looking for?
