Job Description
Customer Care Coordinator Plumbing Services We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Care Coordinator to lead and organise a small team of plumbers, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service from start to finish. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of each job from being the first point of contact for customer enquiries, through sourcing parts and materials, to managing completion invoices. Youll be coordinating a variety of projects, including small private works, boiler servicing and replacements, property refurbishments, and warranty repairs for major clients such as national housebuilders and care homes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of plumbers to ensure smooth daily operations. Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective communication. Act as the main point of contact with new build Customer Care teams for warranty/defect work. Manage scheduling, material procurement, and project tracking using Construction Manager by Eque2 (experience with this system is highly desirable). Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. Monitor progress and ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. Produce and manage quotes, work orders, and invoices. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment preferably within the plumbing or construction sectors. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Able to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities (e.g. urgent boiler breakdowns). Strong administrative abilities with an eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Business-minded with a drive to improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
