Learn more at www.pavion.com Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated AR Specialist to join our corporate shared services team. Job Description: A detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years Account Receivable and Collections experience who will take full ownership of the A/R & Collection position. Candidate will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generate weekly aging reports in a timely manner. The candidate must have knowledge of general accounting principles and be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Business Central and other ERPs as needed. Also, the candidate must be able to produce best in class results with limited direct oversight. This may be a virtual position with the opportunity to work from home if their time provided benchmarks are achieved. The candidate should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both written and verbally over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management. Job Requirements: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Make daily collection calls Conduct account research and analysis Prepare and maintain various reports Maintain accurate aging reports Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments Send statement to outstanding customers Reconcile A/R against customer payables Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues Maintain dispute management process on related items Comply with the Pavion Collections Handbook Qualifications: College Degree – preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, or Commerce Preferred Candidate will have experience supporting US English speaking customers 3 years of hands-on administrative support experience Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook; must have strong computer skills Knowledge of operating standard office equipment Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability Attention to detail. Has the ability to work independently. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment. Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3 pm or 7 am to 4 pm CT Role is currently work from home (WFH) however if business needs arise role could be transitioned to in office in Monterrey, Mexico region.
