PRIMARY FUNCTION/ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate will join the Brescia Fire Fighting EEHS team, learning under the supervision of the company tutor: Management of all aspects related to Environment, Safety, and Energy; Implementation of EEHS Management Systems according to international standards; Risk analysis of production processes and development of related documentation in compliance with legislation; Conducting EEHS monitoring and audits to ensure legislative compliance; Implementation of EEHS improvement programs and activities; Monitoring KPIs and energy vectors to measure company performance; Drafting EEHS budgets; Preparing sustainability reports. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or Prevention; Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Good knowledge of MS Office; Strong team-building skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
