Job Description

Adecco Italia - Customer Experience Specialist Location: Lodi, Italy Adecco Italia is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy. Responsibilities: Oversee affiliated retail points of sale (tobacco shops, bars, betting shops). Explain the app-based service to potential customers. Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app. Help customers make their first bet to access attractive bonuses. Requirements: Previous experience in promoting services or products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday. Knowledge of IT tools, especially mobile apps. Offer: 66 months fixed-term contract with prospects for long-term employment. Level V of the CCNL Commerce, with 14 monthly payments. Full-time, 40 hours per week, on shifts from Monday to Saturday. Variable incentive bonuses. Meal vouchers worth €8. Initial and ongoing training.
