Role and activities The person will be part of the Operations Excellence team, a cross-Brand unit with global scope within Haworth Lifestyle. The mission is to identify, prioritize, and launch performance improvement opportunities across various brands. Most initiatives will be project-based and require extensive collaboration with colleagues. Examples of areas in scope include: Benchmarking product cost and performance internally and with competitors Preparing cost vs. price analyses to support negotiations with suppliers Building a global logistics model to optimize costs and service levels Developing tailored indicators to measure industrial performance Experience and Education Degree in Engineering (any type) Degree in Economics with a strong interest in industrial and manufacturing topics Fluency in both Italian and English Technical and Soft Skills Problem-solving skills: structuring and prioritizing Numerical agility Curiosity and intellectual interest Business judgment Open, extroverted attitude; ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds Work Location Milan, Italy Our company is an equal opportunity employer.
