Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Consultant Adecco Senior Consultant is seeking a Customer Service Consultant on behalf of a multinational company leader in the procurement and industrial washing of technical garments, for the Siena area. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to assigned clients, with the goal of renewing service contracts and promoting the commercial development of the client portfolio. Main Activities: Organize weekly visit schedules based on client classification. Manage renewal of expiring contracts or close contracts if the client ceases service. Identify and resolve any service issues with clients. Collaborate actively with the relevant team. Requirements: Degree in economic or humanistic subjects / Technical-commercial diploma. Previous experience in client management, preferably in services or after-sales sector. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Offer: Classification according to CCNL Industrial Laundry, level B3. Company car for mixed use. Direct contract with the company. Expected start date: 30/07/2025. Job category: Administrative.
