This is an English-speaking role , supporting Italian HR/time management projects , with flexible remote working and strong potential for long-term integration into the core team. Key Responsibilities Support the ongoing maintenance of SAP Time Management systems Collaborate with Italian clients to analyze and implement TM schemes Contribute to upcoming HCM transformation initiatives in the U.S. from Summer 2025 Work alongside 2-3 existing contractors, with opportunities for varied bench tasks across the year Offer guidance and insights on SAP HR and SuccessFactors integrations What You Bring Strong experience in SAP HR Time Management Experience working with Italian client environments Comfortable communicating in English (projects are in Italian, but internal comms in English) Ideally available from July 2025 (some flexibility for notice periods) Freelance contractor mindset — but open to becoming permanent if the opportunity suits S/4HANA not required; experience with classic SAP HCM is sufficient J-18808-Ljbffr
