The Client Advisor represents the Company with clients in our Boutique. They are professionals in the sales of luxury goods and are responsible for customer satisfaction and loyalty. They collaborate to meet qualitative and quantitative goals set for the store. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Serve the store polyvalently, aiming to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. Align with the style and qualitative standards of the Brand throughout the sales and after-sales process. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive environment and monitor performance levels. Receive and display products according to procedures. Maintain a tidy workspace following Company guidelines. Follow the Company standards during the sales process. Provide and uphold high levels of customer service. Manage commercial relations with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Client Management & CRM Ensure efficient and caring after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and promote Brand image. Handle claims with supervisor support. Turn every customer interaction into a positive experience, promoting Brand image. Report client information to Management. Follow up on clients’ requests. Product & Visual Participate in product presentations. Have in-depth knowledge of all products in their category and stay updated on all store categories. Ensure proper care of the store environment. PROFILE Experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique. Alignment with Loro Piana brand and products. Strong luxury touch and approach. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
