We are seeking a Buyer Demand Manager to work across various business divisions within our European operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Remarketing Automotive, be digitally savvy, and passionate about getting it right the first time. Role Responsibilities: Lead the demand management process across involved markets to optimize auction sales by aligning buyer demand with supply. Set clear criteria for evaluating and prioritizing auction requests to ensure alignment with sales goals. Maintain visibility into market demand, inventory levels, and auction capacity to maximize efficiency and buyer satisfaction. Implement governance structures to ensure transparency and alignment between demand and supply. Monitor auction performance, ensuring effective execution, budget compliance, and revenue alignment. Standardize reporting on buyer trends, supply, and auction results to support decision-making. Oversee auction technology initiatives to enhance buyer experience and transaction success. Support local teams in supply-side integrations, ensuring compliance with standards and alignment with demand strategies. Facilitate communication between supply teams, buyers, IT, and other stakeholders to align auction and sales performance. Engage stakeholders to improve market visibility, supply-demand matching, and auction outcomes. Key Skills and Competencies: Strategic thinking to analyze market trends and develop demand-driven strategies. Strong analytical skills for interpreting buyer data and forecasting demand. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Process optimization expertise for scalable demand management processes. Experience in project and program management of large initiatives. Understanding of auction platforms, pricing algorithms, and buyer engagement tools. Negotiation and influencing skills to align supply with demand. Knowledge of auction governance, reporting, and compliance standards. Experience Requirements: Experience in auction sales, e-commerce, or supply chain management is preferred. Relevant experience in demand management, sales operations, or strategic planning. Proven success in demand strategies, buyer engagement, and sales optimization. Experience working with IT, sales, and supply chain teams to align strategies and technology. European market exposure and understanding regional buyer behaviors are advantageous. J-18808-Ljbffr
