Job Description Summary The Site ITOT Lead is responsible for leading the Site ITOT organization, ensuring the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of automation and IT processes related to control systems, equipment, IT applications, and utilities on site. The role is based on-site and involves engaging with the Site Leadership Team to understand site strategy, priorities, and challenges, enabling the role to drive the site Automation & Digitalization roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Drive the digital & automation roadmap for the site across all areas to ensure the expected benefits of investments are realized. Manage the site ITOT team, including automation and IT associates. Align with Global and Platform ITOT Leads on strategic direction. Support project and initiative delivery with Global ITOT teams. Ensure effective deployment and adoption of global digital & automation solutions at the site. Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders in the site leadership team on operational and project activities. Manage the team’s budget and project pipeline. Support capital projects and facilitate smooth transitions to operations. Maintain site audit readiness for IT and OT. Ensure 24x7 support and high reliability of ITOT systems. Drive digital upskilling and change management within the user community on-site. Oversee team performance and provide feedback. Develop and implement maintenance and upgrade plans. Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and security protocols. Coordinate with vendors and partners for support and procurement. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Automation or IT within a GMP Pharma environment. Strong knowledge of automation systems and IT infrastructure. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing budgets and project pipelines. Familiarity with GMP regulations and compliance standards. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
