We are now looking for an Training Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and maintaining training content for multiple programs within the Generac Digital Business Office. The training analyst will be responsible for preparing thorough content, as well as delivery of the content in training sessions. They also will gather and document appropriate feedback from users from training and support post go live initiatives as needed. The training analyst will need to be able to create comprehensive, role-specific training courses using industry and training best practices and a variety of training vehicles. Main Responsibilities : Create and deliver System, Process and Business training curriculum to employees and Subject Matter Experts (Train the Trainer). Develop and implement training courses for employees including refresher training. Present system functionality via in class or virtual settings. Provide training support for integrated systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc. Assist in drafting of formal project communication as needed. Conduct needs assessments to identify training options. Contribute to testing to become an expert in new functionality. Serves as a change agent for the Customer Experience organization by identifying and executing continuous improvement efforts and partnering with Change Management Specialist, Global Business Process Owners and Leadership Teams. Act as a Super User within functional area, as assigned. Work Experience: 2-3 years’ experience as a Trainer, Learning Facilitator, or Learning and Development Specialist. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Ability to tailor learning needs to match the needs of the organization. Strong knowledge of traditional and modern learning techniques. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful and engaging learning activities to enable adoption for organizational CRM Transformation as well as continuing to upskill end users; and knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as face-to-face training, distance learning modules, and workshops. Experience assisting in training needs analysis along with collecting training feedback from training participants to enhance future training sessions. Acts as the first line of defense on basic to advanced questions ranging from what stage in the development cycle the product is in, sprint schedules, user story backlog, how to's, etc. Experience managing training schedules and training delivery logistics across different time zones. Experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams). Excellent verbal and presentation skills with people at all levels of an organization. Collaborate with developers to unit test and verify that solutions meet the requested business requirements. Outstanding organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritize effectively. Ability to adjust to different learning styles to keep agents engaged and retaining information. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of training materials, schedules, and feedback. Exceptional level of attention to detail, follow through and strong analytical skills.
