Job Responsibilities Face-to-face IT support for users Hardware installation, movement, and de-installation Diagnosing issues concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.) System and application testing, script preparation in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environments Managing small projects related to new hardware or software installation Installing software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM Job Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing organization General end-user technology knowledge Experience with End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management) Experience with Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM) Experience with ITSM tools (Ticket Management Software) is preferred Soft skills: Planning, organizing, attention to detail, problem-solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity, technical writing skills Excellent written and spoken English and French What We Offer Competitive salary with 14 installments/year and meal vouchers Fondo Est health insurance Discounts with top brands through our corporate benefits platform Referral bonuses for recommending friends Training opportunities via Stefanini University, including IT and soft skills training Opportunities for professional development in a stable multinational environment Exposure to an international, multicultural team across Europe What's Next The preceding job description is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
