Alongside Assistant Store Managers, you will focus on optimizing sales of our assortment and managing store staff. You will monitor turnover, organize product placement on shelves to maximize sales, and be responsible for orders, daily cash register closing, and planning activities. You will ensure your colleagues can grow and will be actively involved in selecting your team. Regular meetings with the Regional Manager will keep you updated on sales performance and management results. You have a university degree or high school diploma You have at least five years of retail experience, including two years in a responsible position You have experience in performance evaluation and activity planning You are available to work full-time in shifts of 5 or 6 days a week, from Monday to Sunday You are proactive, have a managerial approach, and know how to motivate your team You meet Action's company culture requirements: customer-oriented, respectful, team player, disciplined, simple, and environmentally conscious You have a good command of English You are available for an 8-week onboarding organized by Action in one of our stores What are you waiting for?
