Job Description
HARD SKILLS Bachelor in International Business, Marketing or equivalent. Very high level English, written and spoken. Other languages valued. Two years of experience in international trade/logistics. Knowledge of office, Power BI, CRM (Clientify), WP and Social media. SOFT SKILLS Client focus Assertive communication. Problem solving. Strong attention to detail. Building Team Spirit. Availability to travel RESPONSABILITIES Organize / update digital files and profiles of members. Customer service to existing clients. Perform admin tasks and CRM updates for managers. Coordinate events in different global locations. Prepare and process documents such as reports, spreadsheets, agendas, memos, posts, presentation, etc. Collaborate in content creation, manage social media and marketing strategies.
