Job Description

HARD SKILLS  Bachelor in International Business, Marketing or equivalent.  Very high level English, written and spoken.  Other languages valued.  Two years of experience in international trade/logistics.  Knowledge of office, Power BI, CRM (Clientify), WP and Social media. SOFT SKILLS  Client focus  Assertive communication.  Problem solving.  Strong attention to detail.  Building Team Spirit.  Availability to travel RESPONSABILITIES  Organize / update digital files and profiles of members.  Customer service to existing clients.  Perform admin tasks and CRM updates for managers.  Coordinate events in different global locations.  Prepare and process documents such as reports, spreadsheets, agendas, memos, posts, presentation, etc.  Collaborate in content creation, manage social media and marketing strategies.
