Contract Administrator Job Type: Temp (3 months innitially) Start date: Immediate or notice period Industry: Maintenance Location: Bellshill, Scotland Salary: £14.80 - £16.42 Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm JOB DESCRIPTION: Contract administrator required for an immediate start in Bellshill. Our client is looking for a Contract Admin to join the team in Bellshill. Training will be provided however prior experience and knowledge is required. This role is initially a temp role. Schedule PPM works in a timely manner ensuring KPI's are met Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Schedulers to schedule all sub-contractor PPMs in line with agreed schedules Logging and assigning jobs on CAFM system Issue Purchase Orders when required and follow through to receipt of invoices ensuring all systems are updated with current work status throughout Chase invoices, subcontractor & engineer report for supporting information if required Ensure any internal and customer defined CAFM system(s) is up to date at all times, extracting key MI when requested First point of contact for engineers and sub-contractors regarding scheduling queries Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies & proceduresRequirements for the role: * Previous experience of CAFM systems * Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook * Previous experience in a similar role If interested, please send your CV or call Jess on (phone number removed)
