We're now looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help us continue to deliver exceptional food in a fast-paced environment. The Role: As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef with menu execution, team leadership, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. This is a hands-on role ideal for a chef who thrives in a busy kitchen and has a genuine love for fresh, seasonal cooking.
