Tyre Supervisor - Port Elizabeth

Location: Port Elizabeth Our client, a leading company in the freight and transport industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tyre Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of tyre maintenance and inventory within the company's fleet of vehicles. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tyre maintenance workshop - Ensure all vehicles are equipped with properly inflated and balanced tyres - Schedule regular tyre inspections and replacements as needed - Monitor tyre inventory levels and order replacements when necessary - Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of tyres - Train and supervise tyre technicians to ensure they are following best practices and safety protocols - Maintain accurate records of tyre usage, inspections, and replacements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in the freight and transport industry, we encourage you to apply for the Tyre Supervisor position with our client.
