HR Shared Services Specialist Location- Puebla- Work from Office (Monday to Friday) Office address - Regus - Puebla Triángulo Las Ánimas, Calle 39 Pte. 3515-Piso 5, La Providencia, 72400 Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza, Pue., México. Shift - 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM Job Responsibilities: Managing Spanish as well as English Language (voice and non- voice) support along with translations of documents. Facilitation of smooth service delivery of all HR processes and ensuring process compliance is achieved. Providing assistance to the clients/employees over calls, emails, tickets and chat and any other line of communication. Track incoming employee queries and resolve them within the SLA. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different business scenarios. Performing transactions on client HRIS systems or any other platform. Following Quality processes thoroughly – checklists, Standards etc. Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers to enhance overall customer experience. Perform and document the root cause analysis to resolve escalated issues and implement appropriate action plans. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. Extending support where language expertise is required across organization. Qualification & Skills: Verbal communication (Must know English & Spanish) University/college degree Calling Etiquettes Good comprehension skills Time-management skills Client Centric (Customer service oriented) Eye for details Professionalism MS office Analytical skills
