Oversee all financial and accounting operations of our Resort, will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, auditing, and reconciliations. They will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with internal policies and regulations. Main Responsibilities And Activities Ensure adherence to financial objectives Deliver financial reports in a timely manner and excellent quality Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory statements Generate monthly income statements, balance sheets, aging reports, and inventory reports. Coordinate and support the audit process. Responsible of proper supervision, training and personnel administration reporting to position. Overview all kind of taxes related to the property. Maintain and protect contracts, licenses, leases and assuring the compliance. Must be capable of maintain good relations with the departments within the resort, Corporate and Owners to promote an effective internal control. Must have fully knowledge about all accounting areas within the Resort, F&B cost control and payroll. To prepare annual performance evaluations to colleagues reporting to the position. Identify strengths and opportunity areas related to promotions or salary increases. Complete any other assigned task by Finance Manager or DOF. About You. Bachelor´s degree in accounting or Finance Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel accounting, in a luxury or ultra-luxury property. English intermediate - Advance Strength knowledge in USALI Attention to detail and analytical skills Experience with financial reconciliations Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Knowledge about Opera, Micros, Hyperion, iScala systems. Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
