Finance Intern

General Objective: Support the billing process by ensuring that all fiscal documents are executed correctly, maintaining operational quality and compliance. Collaborate with various departments to guarantee accurate billing documents, credit notes, and charge notes. Key Responsibilities: Execute manual billing activities for Ecommerce and Wholesale channels. Issue credit and debit notes in the PF system. Cancel invoices as needed in PF and the SAT portal . Coordinate with Sales Support , Customer Service , and the Sales team to validate prices. Generate weekly and end-of-month reports and manage databases to track billing data. Monitor and assess the needs of Mexico local suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Identify and measure issues in the billing process, creating reports to monitor and improve performance. Review updates and changes in the Perfect Fit system. Stay informed by reviewing updates on the government portal . Analyze new customer requests related to billing and provide solutions. Review invoice details such as costs, VAT, and customer pricing. Analyze information to strengthen and optimize the billing process. Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Advanced Excel for reporting and controls. English proficiency is not mandatory . Currently studying Business Administration, Accounting, or similar fields.
